Meeting Great Aunt Sarah

Isabelle & I received a phone call last week from my Aunt Sarah...she was driving through Phoenix on her way back to Santa Barbara, so we packed up our stuff and drove to meet her on her way out. We met up at a Starbucks and Sarah & I caught up while she got to see miss Isabelle investigate Starbucks. It was so fun seeing you Sarah! Thank you for calling! Love you & Miss you much! without the Baby Girl!! Yes, that is correct, my best friend Sally offered to babysit and we got out for the night! Had a fun dinner chatting and went to Sandbar in Chandler for Lauren's Birthday!!! We had so much fun and I cannot thank Sally enough for offering!!! Thank you Sally and Vince (and the girls)!!! Here are a few fun pictures from the night! Love you all! Happy Birthday Lauren!!

Recently Isabelle has been getting overly excited, flapping her arms, smiling really big and yelling at me whenever I open our back door. SO I've been trying to take her outside every morning for a little play time. I throw out a big sheet and she crawls all over it. Plays with her balls, pulls up grass and tries to get to Copper's ball. Well, this morning when we went outside we had to setup shop on the concrete, because the grass was all wet from being watered. Well, Isabelle loved it and got into everything. She got dirty, played with the dog bowl and went for Copper's super dirty dirt ball. We had a lot of fun and Isabelle got to take a sink bath afterward. So my child has now had her first outside dirty experience and I see many more in my future! Here is a little bit of the event. Mirror Mirror on the Wall...

Isabelle is the fairest of them all...we're attempting to redue our bathroom and Isabelle has taken an interest in our mirror select (due to the fact that it is sitting in our dining room).

Lady Antabellum & Tim McGraw!!!

Awesome and so much fun! Thank you to our wonderful neighbor Debbie for watching our little girl, so we could venture the hour drive to Cricket Pavilion to see the concert! It was nothing short of amazing and let me tell you ladies, Tim McGraw is super hot in concert even from way back in the lawn seats...seriously! Anyways, we had such a wonderful time and it is so nice to get away and remember that it was just us two for nearly 7 years! I loved it and I know Andrew did too! We need to get out more often, seriously, anyone wanna move to Arizona and play permanent babysitter. I know you do!

Andrew and I are so blessed to have an amazing family, but with all of our travels, we've been forced to find a "home" in every place we live. While living in Jacksonville, Florida we found that home with Beau & Lori Venerdi (and their two children, Ben & Emma). They are amazing people: loving, caring, giving and always have an open home. We feel so blessed to have them all as friends and we feel it is only fitting to ask them to be Isabelle's Godparents.
Due to geographical differences, Isabelle has not gotten to meet them to this point, but we were so happy to receive a call from Lori last weekend that she was in town visiting her parents! SO FINALLY Isabelle gets to meet one of the most amazing women we've ever met!!! Thank you Beau & Lori!!! We feel so blessed and are so excited for Isabelle's Baptism in July!!!
