12 Weeks Old

Isabelle Jane is growing up so quickly and doing so much! She has quite the personality and a one of a kind smile. She is a cutie pants and we could not adore her more! She LOVES to be naked, look at herself in the mirror, take baths, go for walks and play with mommy! By far her favorite activity is standing, but it has been for a while. She is a little challenged at taking naps, but she is waking up only one time a night to eat. She has officially moved into her crib and we are sleeping much better with out her "puppy dreams".

Sleeping In My Crib

Last night, Isabelle Jane slept in her crib in her room all by herself. Not that she knew what an epic event this was, but wow was is hard on Mommy. I have this huge fear that someone will break into our home in the middle of the night and steal my baby girl away from me. No, I don't worry about not hearing her cry, because I know she'll live through that, I worry about the theft of my infant child. Oh well if I'm weird, I worried. So from 9pm to 5am, I'm not really sure I got the best sleep.
Next on the list: Teaching Isabelle to put herself to sleep/calm herself down (she's sucking her thumb, so we're on our way there).

White Christmas!

We broke down and bought tickets to Kansas City for Christmas and could not have been happier. Their was an amazing snow storm on Christmas Eve and Isabelle Jane got to meet everyone!!! We have our Four Generation Photos and are so happy to have shared her with the family. It was so much fun enjoying her getting held by everyone!

Our Little Present

So about a week ago, we broke down and bought plane tickets to Kansas City! We could not stand spending the Holidays without sharing our little girl with family, so here we come!!! We get to meet the rest of the family for the Fowler/Carnahan Christmas in February!!! This little girl is popular!
